According to data from the Global Cybersecurity Index, at the end of 2018, 51.2% or equivalent to 3.9 billion people, used the Internet and by 2023, it is predicted that there will be 70% Internet penetration. This certainly increases the need for a more secure space for cyberspace.
Last year, the average cost incurred due to data breaches was statistically 6.4% globally. With the rapid development of information technology, the cost of overcoming cybercrime is estimated to reach US$2 trillion by the end of 2019.
