JAKARTA (IndoTelko) – Business actors must make digital-based business changes if they want to survive and continue to grow in the new normal era.
The iCIO Community survey entitled ‘Indonesia CIO Priorities Survey During Pandemic COVID 19 & Beyond’ revealed that 57% of respondents stated that changes to new digital-based business models must be carried out immediately if their company or organization wants to survive and can continue to grow.
Then it was also mentioned that three technologies were priorities for adoption for the next year, namely; virtual meetings & collaboration tools; digital channel & commerce, and network access & cyber security. (wn)
